Processing Time All of our products are made to order. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they ship.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (US): 5–10 business days after processing

• International: 10–20 business days after processing

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@pickensproductions.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
